The design team in Sydney shall produce sample thread colours and a form indicating colour placement. A delivery schedule will be included. |

Once the trial colours, colour placement and quote has been approved, signed and returned to us the order can proceed. All information is to be returned to us in Sydney. |

All custom orders must be have a 50% deposit before production commences. Proforma invoices will be issued from the Sydney offices. |

| 5. |
Once completed and paid for in full, the order will be despatched by a chosen courier with a guaranteed delivery. |
